Variable temp very low moment measurements

In this app note, we discuss the use of our 8600 Series VSM for measurements of low moment samples performed at both low and high temperatures. Specifically, we present results for cobalt ferrite samples measured with our VSM equipped with single-stage variable temperature (86-SSVT) and LN₂/LHe cryostat (86-CRYO) options, thus demonstrating the sensitivity of the system for variable temperature measurements of materials with very low magnetic moments.
